Simple & straight forward book. You can literally follow the steps.
Print is a bit lighter, but the paper quality is very good.

But I think there are some useful tips if you are not one
The author makes a statement that "my governing assumption is that the you are an educated high achiever who wants to grow personally and professionally" I am definitely educated but not an high achiever. I was looking for something that will make me one. Wonder if anyone is a high achiever why should they read this book any way? But I think there are some useful tips if you are not one.One of the chapters the author talks about scarcity vs abundance thinking. I think we need to take this contextually. Probably in Hayatt's context there is plenty(which is U.S) People living in Indian context and probably Asian expats in the middle east need to have balanced scarcity mentality.. Speaking from personal experience. I was sharing knowledge based on this abundance thinking that "there is more where it came from" proved to detrimental. People who hoarded their knowledge survived and still have job. While I was chucked out!! I would take this advise with a pinch of salt as they say.
