Piston Pump Repair Kit Piston Rod 704-586 704-551 Replacement for Titan Impact 440 540 640 Sprayer

This product came in and I thought it was too small (bore diameter for piston). What I didn't realize it that the fit between the two is so tight that I had to put it together using a block of wood to protect the piston and a hammer to drive it in place. once that was done, with a little grease, I was back to spraying.

Put this on my titan hp440 fit correctly. Took a bit of beating with a mallet but it works great so far.

Super easy too fix

I was able to make it fit my Titan 440. I had to hammer the piston a little into the machine, but it wasn’t much at all. The parts worked perfectly, and I am glad I chose this product.

This kid worked well and fixed my pump. Even if it lasts a year and I have to rebuild again still very cost-effective and works great

incomplete piston , oem parts were not able to work with piston , the seals were all wrong . i wated past 30 dyas so im stuck with garbage .again do not buy .

Prime wasn’t building pressure. Took apart and noticed plastic parts had small tears in them. This kit solves the problem. Built pressure right away. Our old piston was still in good shape so we left it in and now have a backup piston.

What are the parts Locatitions , and the Direction of the seals? Other than that ,Its eayser to just take it in to get it repaired at a shop instead of trying to do it your self.
