Great net
This was a replacement for the same net that I got many years ago. It is almost exactly the same. It is good quality and gets the job done.

game changer for pond maintenance
We have a large pond on our property, which the prior owners had let go into a state of muck. After battling with various methods (garden rakes, muck removal tablets, pond clarifying treatments) I purchased this after reading several Amazon reviews. This rake/net combo works perfectly for skimming the top surface for algae and leaves, but also works great at manually removing debris from the pond banks. Very sturdy and well made. There's a trick to scooping and emptying the net with mud/muck/heavier debris, but it's intuitive enough to figure out. After spending a good hour daily for 2 weeks our pond looks amazing. Now we just use this rake for maintenance and already seeing oxygenating plants returning to the pond, along with improved clarity.

Versatile pond net.
Love the pond net, easy to adjust the length of the handle, shrinks up from 96” for storage at half that length. The rake at the end work great to grab underwater oxygenating plants that are out of control and scapes the bottom for leaves. Net on the head itself is very deep. Not sure I needed it to bee that deep since I can’t lift up a whole scoop that big but it works. The only problem I found is that since it’s so substantial and about 4” of plastic at the end, it is sometimes to scrape it easily on curved edges, but the other qualities make up for that draw back. Glad I made the investment.

Hate leaves, love this net!
I built a creek leading to a 1500 gallon pond just over 10 years ago. Oak leaves have always been a challenge to remove after the leaves begin falling since we have several trees. I have had a lightweight net that has held up well but this net is a game changer. The expansion length allows me to reach areas in my pond that I could only do so before by getting on my wading boots. Our creek and pond are gravel lined and the rake teeth allow me to removed those on the very bottom that my prior nets could not. Net holds a large amount of leaves and the pole fully extended is strong enough and the net large enough to remove many leaves before emptying. Very pleased and would highly recommend this pond net.

Must have for shell collectors!!
This is sold as a pool cleaner but I take it to the beach and rake for shells! It's heavy duty but not heavy with the perfect sized net. (And sometimes it will catch a fish) if you have a beach comer friend they NEED this tool!!

Not impressed
3rd section (closest to handle) did not lock unless fully extended on two different nets. Not trying a 3rd. Plastic cracked under weight of leaves in net, which holds more than the shaft can support. Because I had to extend the poles all the way to get them to lock they easily bent. This is very disappointing because I've had a hard time finding a decent pond net. My old one worked great, was smaller and lightweight, and very sturdy. It's net disintegrated so I had to get a new one.The Aquascape looks like it should be sturdy with the larger diameter poles, and moderate to high price tag. It's a nice idea and it was effective at cleaning, but the poles need work to execute properly. Will be returning and not getting a 3rd to try.

Great concept, but plastic teeth are a poor choice for the net
The net came damaged as a result of awful packaging. The plastic teeth were broken and it was an inconvenience for me to have to return this to a UPS store as a result of the sloppy care in packaging from an Amazon worker. Not the first time packaging has been an issue with Amazon. They need to be on top of this! I do not feel the plastic teeth will hold up for removing leaves from my pond. Good concept, but a stronger material would work much better and provide a longer life for the net.
