Beautiful and unique
The Biorb classic 15 is a great tank for my Betta. He’s loving all the space he has. The original tank he was in was glass and broke when I was cleaning it. When I read that this was a stronger plexiglass that was one of the reasons this was at the top of my list for a replacement.I read other comments about noise. This tank is pretty quite. There is a low hum from the filter system, but it’s hardly noticeable. Another comment about the bubble flow from the tube may be a little strong. My betta seems to be fine with. But our old tank had a waterfall and the flow was also higher. The tank came with a pound of ceramic substrate they are very unique. It’s a very natural rock form. It cover the bottom around the filtration tube. You can honestly get away with what they send you. I bought an extra bag just in case and used a little extra. I also used some pretty stones to bring out some colors. For this tank I decided to use real aquarium plants and aquatic silk plants plus a few marimo moss balls. It’s so pretty, and Vitorio my Betta is very happy. I also splurged a little a got the Biorb Seahorse sculpture. It’s beautifully made. It’s definitely worth the little extra you pay. Overall this rank is beautiful and unique.

You should BUY this ORB, haha I'm precious.
I purchased this for my girlfriend and I have to say it came out to be a great gift. Even though it is the smallest of the BiOrbs, the Baby is still pretty big. I would say its enough space for several small fish or a few of the mid-sized variety. Right now ours is holding 4 standard sized Tiger Barbs, a small African frog and a fiddler crab with room for plenty more. The orb design of the bowl magnifies its contents visually depending on your angle of view and you can get some pretty extreme closeups of your fish. However be careful not to set the bowl where sunlight shines down on it, not just to keep algae from growing faster but also because the bowl can also direct the light into a beam that is capable of causing fire much like a magnifying glass. Your well warned of this in the directions though. This has not been an issue with ours and is just said in precaution. My favorite part of buying this was how easy it was to set up. You have the bowl, a filter, your gravel media and some plants to set up. The filter and halogen lighting runs off the same low-voltage power source and only requires one wall plug. The lid contains the lighting and a hole for feeding. The simplicity makes this a great gift idea for kids as it eliminates most of the hassles you get from normal aquariums.

MUCH nicer than most betta tanks out there
My little beta was just fine in his 2 gallon cube on my desk, but I really wanted something that looked nicer and was easier to clean. After tracking the price of this 4 gallon tank for probably a year, I finally caught it at a good sale price and ordered it. It takes up just about the same amount of room as the old, smaller tank did, though it is taller, but it looks much nicer and of course gives my little guy more room to explore. I already had a few BiOrb plant pieces, but I have since ordered the BiOrb Flower Garden decor set, and I'm excited to get it and see how that looks. If you're new to BiOrb tanks, switching from a filterless bowl/cube to this one, or haven't had an aquarium before, there are certainly some things you should know and/or buy:1. The ceramic media substrate (rocks on the bottom) that come with this tank are only about half the amount you actually need to cover the bottom of the tank. Seriously, it doesn't even cover the filter, and it looks pretty bad. I bought an additional 2 Lb Bag Ceramic Media, and that does the trick.2. While the filter will do its best to keep the tank clean, you'll still need to change out part of the water every so often. A manual cleaner pump will make this job really quick and easy, and while BiOrb does make one, a bunch of other companies make identical ones for cheaper. I grabbed the Sungrow Aquarium Gravel Cleaner Kit.3. The included air pump creates waaaaaay too much water movement for a betta, though it's great for other fish that aren't as sedentary. I used a binder clip to clamp the tube down and decrease the air entering the tank. Also, the air pump can be a bit loud if it's allowed to rattle up against something or move around at all. Mine's sitting on the carpet, and it's completely silent that way.

Beautiful
I like this a lot. It is very attractive, easy to set up and I reasonably easy to take care of.I say "reasonably" because it is harder to maintain a small tank than a large one. But I feel like they make it pretty easy to take care of with the filter kits.I upgraded the light to the one with the remote. I have a beta fish in there and the other light seemed to bright for him. He was always hiding when I had the light on. Now that I can dim it he is always out and about. Also I like that bioOrb has a lot of tank decor, and good quality stuff.
