Sizing issues
Very large for a female wrist . No real wearing information..

Not for small wrists.
One size does not fit all! Be warned I would need to make another hole in this but the strap is thinner there just where I need to make the hole. Looks OK apart from that but if it won't fit then it's no good to me at all.

Looks good, not sure of its medicinal properties.
