Hungry Jack Buttermilk Pancake Mix, 7 Ounce (Pack of 12)

My order actually arrived one day early. This pancake mix is so easy to prepare, just add water. Nice for when you don't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen on busy mornings. One package yields about six to eight 4-5 inch pancakes. They're slightly sweet and smell so good while cooking. Great with syrup, honey, fresh fruits, or a little sprinkle of powdered sugar.

I've always liked this brand of pancake mix eversince I discovered it. The instructions are pretty simple. 1:1 (1cup of water for 1 pack of the mix). However, I've played around with a lot of proportions and my personal recommendation would be 1pack: 3/4 cup of water. There's an instruction available online if you want to make a waffle out of this.

These are great if you live with only a few people. Me and my roommate love these because you can just open one at a time instead of having to open an entire box and have it sit out. Also, it is the same great taste that you expect from Hungry Jack
