ACDelco GM Genuine Parts 290-297 Front Axle Shaft Seal

Oem quality. I've just got done installing a set of these and within a month are leaking. Not seals fault. People have problems with these working on first install. I think just the slightest debris will cause these to fail. I am mechanically inclined and need to do over again. CV axle needs to be spotless to create good deal with seal. Haven't install new set yet but just a information review. Good seal. Fits perfect. Just take time when installing. On a 2006 Chevy Colorado 4x4.

Replaced 08 H3 axle shaft. Put new seals in .👍👍👍

My seal was leaking. Replaced it with this seal and have had zero problems. Nothing more I could ask for.

5 stars but who really likes stripping down your entire suspension for a cheap seal.

Doing the front CV joints before winter and new seals are part of the deal. Old one out new one in no big deal. Keep the tow truck driver away

While replacing the half shaft (Cardone 66-1417) in the front of my Baby Hummer H3 I decided I would also replace the oil/grease seals. It was a simple process that only took an extra few moments and now I hour to maintain a leak free axle for years to come. For as easy as this is to change while your replacing the axle half shaft, it's a no brainer!
