Description Consists of enclosure containing the magnet and the lid. Copper side of enclosure (the magnet’s negative pole) is to face the skin. Stainless steel lid securely holds the device attached to the clothing, thanks to the magnetic force. How to Use the Magnet Slide the lid to the side with your thumb and then detach from the magnet. It’s best not to try to lift the lid without sliding first, as the magnetic forces will try to keep it attached to magnet. Place the magnet to the source of the pain with the copper side to the skin and place the lid on the other side of your clothes (sleeve, underwear, bandage, t-shirt etc.). For best results insure that the magnet is in contact with the skin. The magnet can be worn for as long as needed. More than one magnet can be worn at the same time. The copper side of the enclosure may darken slightly after being in contact with the skin. This is absolutely normal as copper will oxidize gradually and this won’t affect the magnet. Please Note People with cardiac pacemakers, those having any type of radiology treatments, or those going in for an MRI scan should avoid using magnets.

Great in every way
I love this strong magnet for its style, size and functionality. What a great way to hold a magnet in place against the skin. I have been using mine to regulate my mood and have it against my heart or center of the chest. I believe it greatly helps with balancing moods such as depression or anxiety on top of other anti inflammatory or pain relief aids it was designed for.

I ordered these for my mom and she wears them, magnetically attached to her blouse, near her shoulders where she experiences pain and these really help her!

Magnets work.. they really relieve pain when applied properly
These magnets are very helpful. The magnets work, many people dont give themenough time to work. it does circulate the blood, and wear bracelets that arewonderful also.

Love these little magnets
Haven't used them as of yet but I know they will work so much that I bought one for my daughter and one for my sister. They a very nicely packaged and beautiful magnet you can clip onto just about anything. Nicely done!

Polarity was backwards.
I was so excited when this product arrived but was disappointed when I realized that the polarity was backwards. I bought this for my mother who is a cancer survivor and it would have had devastating consequences had she worn it before I checked it with a simple compass. Direction says to have the negative side of the magnet (the copper side) against the body. While this statement is true to have the negative side against the body, upon checking the polarity, I found that the copper side was actually positive. I understand that there could be glitches but I bought the 3 pack and all 3 were backwards. I hate to write negative reviews but in this case I felt that I should as this could be a real health issue. I have no problem with the seller as they refunded me completely. I hope that this error can be corrected by the manufacturer not only for myself but for others who may unknowingly be wearing something that is causing more harm than good. I suppose I could have worn the magnet backwards with the copper side away from the body to get the desired effect but just the fact that it was manufactured incorrectly made me shy away. Hopefully this review can get the product corrected and once corrected, I will be happy to make this purchase again and change my rating.

I love my magnet! I wear it all the time. I ordered it thinking it would take forever to get it here in the US from Ireland. I was pleasantly surprised to get it so soon. Thank you!

Seems to help!
I'm glad I gave these a try! They really seem to help the stiffness (arthritis?) I've been having in my knees this winter. I attach them to leggings or tights against the place that hurts most and within a few hours it feels better.
