This lack of attention to detail is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on Amazon's commitment to customer satisfaction.I expect better from a company as large and reputable as Amazon. Improved packaging standards and better quality control measures are imperative to prevent these issues from occurring in the future.Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with my recent purchase experience and strongly urge Amazon to address these concerns promptly to uphold its reputation for reliability and customer service excellence.
