There are two primary styles of travel multi-country adaptors on Amazon (see photos). In addition, there are the super-Spartan single country options—and I used to fly with those when I was visiting Asia frequently; but these advanced models with multi-country capabilities and USB ports are certainly the better bet when you can pack a single adaptor and go around the world with it.What differentiates this model? Both are about the same size—perhaps with the Glamfields being a bit larger. However, here, there are much more charging options which is very helpful if you’re traveling with another person. Whereas the competitors only have 2.1A in two USBs, this offers 5A shared between 3 USBs, with a max of 2.4A each—which provides noticeably faster charging. The USB C port is a strange choice because it doesn’t offer PD, and just puts out 5V = 3A, so it won’t charge your Macbook, and your iPad will charge slowly too—but it’s there as a 4th option.But what really has me replacing my old model with this Glamfields version is the unusually fine touches that I wouldn’t expect in a mass-produced China charger. The sliders have a nice spring loading to them—especially the EU plug which feels almost hydraulic (and this plug is particularly difficult to get out on the Travel Inspira model). The ground on the UK plug is also thoughtful and is spring loaded and snaps into place when you push on it. Big points for that.Neither this “Glamfields” branded model, nor the competitor are voltage converters. All they do is let you plug into the wall by changing the plug shape from your home country to the local standard where you are visiting. So make sure anything you plug in will work with the voltage of the country (read your labels).I have tested for functionality (works perfectly out of box), but have not yet traveled with it; and have not tested the fuse. The electronics are relatively simple, so I don’t expect any problems, but will update this review if I have any at all.TL;DR: this version is a little more expensive, but worth it.

The reasons I bought this one... don't waste your time trying to find others...There are three USB ports Up to 5A and 2.4Amp each port. So you can charge around 3 USB devices at once at 1.5amp each. 2 phones, 1 pad for example, check your amp uses on your current device transformer first.(5V 2.4A high-speed USB ports, max. 6.3A output. Total current is 5A, Max.2.4A on each USB port and 3A on Type-C, Power 630W at 100Vac 1500W at 250Vac). So if you are using Type C at 3A you can only use one other USB up to 2.4amp. So one cell phone non-type c and one cell phone type c total output 4.5amp. You need to check carefully, for me, I don't use type C so I can charge three devices as all my devices are 1.5amp x 3 is 4.5amp which is below the limit.1.3 amps if you max out your usb for the outlet. Enough for a camera charger or something like this. For a notebook you need to check carefully.Another reason is that this adapter goes up to 250V! (100-250V 50/60Hz) Great for some certain countries.Just about all countries you can use it. Except Italy and a few others.Light weight, easy to carry.Like I said, no need to look anywhere else for now. I researched for hours and this one fits the bill for most people I think.

Easy to change outlet, works well

The product arrived quickly, and even without any instructions, it is easy to figure out how to use it. It has 4 sets of input pins that can be selected depending on where you are (the US, UK, EU and Australia), and you can plug in an actual electrical appliance as well as use the 3 regular USB outlets and 1 USB-C outlet. There is a dull blue light on the unit to indicate that it is powered up. The unit worked correctly and I was able to test the power outlet as well as the USB outlets.Where the unit falls short is the finish of the overall product. The product feels cheap and plasticky, and the tabs for extending the different sets of input prongs are sticky and creak. You have to apply effort to extend the pins and to retract them. My main fear is that one of these tabs will eventually get stuck. If one gets stuck with the pins unextended, the rest of the product is usable, but if it gets stuck with one set of pins extended, the product will become mostly useless because you can only extend one set of pins, and to extend a different set of pins, you have to retract what you have already extended. I also found the electrical outlet on top of the plug difficult to use, requiring a lot of effort to push my appliance's prongs into the power outlet. That power outlet is versatile, with openings for plugs from everywhere, but perhaps because of that, the fit is tricky, and that is one more area that may get damaged with repeated use.I am keeping my fingers crossed on this product, and hope it lasts. I will update this review after a few uses if something changes significantly.

Small,Portable, Compact, AWESOME!This is not the first travel adapter that i have to be honest, i love these! Because you can literally bring these with you anywhere and charge multiple products. I even use these at home because its so useful. Design of the product is nice and smooth, charging is fast, push option for each plug is easy to push in and out. Overall a really nice built quality product. Since I have so many of these already I gave this to my sibling for their trip to Japan and they are loving it so far! Game changer! Highly recommended if you going traveling any time soon!

It arrived 2 days before I went to Africa for a couple of weeks on business. Spent time in multiple countries in West Africa. Worked great and I didn't have any problems. Doesn't take up a lot of space, lightweight, and I was able to charge multiple devices at the same time. It is important to have a built-in fuse so I don't have to worry about carrying or running out of spare fuses.
