Takes the weight off!
Exactly what I wanted. My son, who comes to visit every month or so, has broken his collarbone and is finding it difficult to lift his usual bag as it puts a strain on his shoulder. Hopefully, this will solve the problem.

Not worth it at all
Purchased this at the end of August, used it twice with hardly anything in it at all and the telescopic handle became very difficult to retract back into the frame. When I contacted the vendor about this, all they offered me was a replacement bag, which given the quality of the bag I was not keen on at all. Thankfully Amazon customer service when I contacted them allowed a refund on this!To sum up the bag I would say this,I found that when you packaged things inside the bag it all just slid to the bottom of the bag when you stood it up to wheel it along. There's nothing inside the bag to hold the contents in place so it all just slides to the bottom and ends up in a big mess. Also, because the sides are just like a holdall type bag (I mean it IS just a holdall riveted to a metal backframe with wheels at one end!!) then the bag can hang off of the frame to the side as there is no rigidity to it at all. This makes the whole thing very unstable when moving the bag along. If you need an enormous bag but don't want to have to carry it then I guess this works but it could do with some internal straps, or even internal compartments to stop it all just wallowing around in one big blob inside the bag! Also the quality of the telescopic handle is not the best, the handle itself is very flimsy I found, and the rods that extend were very stiff and I struggled a lot to retract the handle when I wanted to put it into a coach baggage hold. Personally I think I will go back to a very large suitcase for my needs, but the reviews posted about this since I made my purchase only confirm what I myself experienced with this product and would have stopped me from even purchasing it if they had been on here before I bought it!? It's a good concept but needs better quality materials and more work on how the bag is to hold your clothes etc in place inside the bag when you use it because at the moment I don't think it works at all?

Lovely bag, holds tons of stuff. Retractable pull handle is a bonus, wheels are smooth or just as easy to carry via the straps. All of the zips can be secured with a small padlock. Well made and hopefully durable.

It’s Wheelie Big
A capacious bag at 28” in length - and I’m certainly glad I didn’t go for one of the larger variants. Logic dictates that it needs completely filling in order to keep the contents in place during transit. However, when full I found the bag - while easy enough to wheel along - quite challenging to lift when tackling steps and kerbs because of the weight. This is partly due to there being no grab handle on the upper end to assist, meaning you have to lay the bag down and pick it up by its carry handles (either temporarily stowing the retractable handle or more likely leaving it sticking out in front in a rather ungainly way). That criticism aside, the bag is certainly big enough for a few days away and mine stood up to a recent five-day London break for my wife and me involving public transport. The screws securing the handle look a little loose, otherwise construction seems to me good considering the price paid. Will I use it again? Probably not, due to its weight when loaded. I’ll likely employ it for lighter duties, perhaps as a place store duvets and the like.
