I like this product for tracking my vehicle

I've had this product for just over a week and I'm very disappointed. It advertises that it can last up to 6 months under optimal conditions. Well this has been my experience since I got it1. I charged it for a full day as recommended (although the light was solid red within 5 hours, which usually means it's fully charged)2. I went to my trackimo settings and set it to just update every 4 hours.3. I placed it inside my car, by the back window to test it out for a week. It has a clear view of the sky, so signal was no problem. (Although you can place a trackimo anywhere and it will still get a decent signal) I'm simply giving these details in case someone thinks that maybe the battery will drain faster if it struggles to get a signal.4. Within just one week, my battery is down to 35%....that's just slightly better than the original 600Mah battery the trackimo comes with.I obviously didn't expect it to last a full 6 months but at this rate, it won't even make 10 days, which is ridiculous. It states that even if you set it to give you one update a minute, you should get 2 weeks of battery life!So I either got a defective battery or I just wasted some serious money when I could've just gotten a new 600mah battery

Magnetic box not closed properly and fell off easily. I lost the tracki device and the box. How can I get my refund for box or get me a properly closed unit?

works great and does the job right. I dropped it like for times before placing it on my truck and it took a good beating when we went off-road still strong and on the truck.
