Schluter is about the standard for waterproofing a shower stall or bathtub surround without having to mix and apply a mortar base with mesh and such.This kit has a lot of what you need but it is nice to be able to watch on-line videos that show exactly how to best apply the kit contents.

Great system
Shipping seemed to take a while but I knew that going in. Amazon assured me it would arrive on time and they were correct. It actually arrived a couple days early which is fantastic. Everything was included per the description and installation is a breeze. Just make sure you use the correct size notched trowels and the correct mortars. Youtube has great videos and there is an installation guide included as well which is another bonus.

Everyone knows Schluter Kerdi is the best in the industry. But they are just overpriced. I was so happy to find this genuine Kerdi kit from this seller. Great value. Only had to buy a drain grate to complete the kit. (Amazon sells better priced drain grate options that work with the Kerdi systems). Love that you can cut the tray to size to fit your needs. Our bathroom has an uncommon sized shower area but we were able to take a narrow, ugly, builder’s grade tub to a beautiful luxury walk in shower. So happy with the outcome.
