MISSING PARTS…..and the only solution was to disassemble the product, pack the product up and return it for a refund and then buy it all over again. The easy option would have been to just replace the missing pieces.

Product does not state you must purchase tuneau cover from same brand in order for the cargo divider to be assembled. If you have any other bed cover the divider wont work. Wasted an hour putting this together to learn at tge end the tracks can't be assembled without their cover. Shady. Returned and wont ever get anything from this brand.

Initially when I received the box it had 2 left side tram plates, not a right and left side so I had to spend time tracking down the order, manufacturer and requesting a right side tram plate. It did arrive so despite having to delay the installation and spend more time tracking down the correct right side tram plate, Roll N Lock stood behind their mistake and sent the proper right side tram plate. The cargo manager was easy to install. However, for the money, I really would like to have the cargo manager gate be made of aluminum not plastic.

UPDATE Holy cow, i just got off the phone with Chris from Roll n lock. This thing only works with their proprietary cargo covers! They need to get off Amazon. All I Know is it said it will fit my truck and there’s nothing that says you must also have their cargo cover. I am not paying return shipping on this.ORIGINAL REVIEW I should have trusted my gut when I saw very little info about this product. Said it would fit my 2020 RAM 1500 Laramie (new body style) but it does not. I’ve sent an email to vendor so I’m hoping they’ll proven me wrong. If the do I’ll update my review but look closely and you’ll see this is not a typical product on Amazon— with lots of detail, lots of good reviews.

It can’t fit my RAM bighorn

For the price of this divider, I would have expected may be some aluminum or metal of sorts. It’s entirely flimsy plastic. It also hangs to high cans and jars roll underneath it from groceries. I would not recommend this product. Too expensive for what you get.
