envii Greenkeeper's Secret – Liquid Lawn Food & Fertiliser Sprayer, Fast Results Covering up to 150m²

I have left my original comment (which follows this), but I now want to update it after talking to Andy, one of the directors of Envii. We discussed the issue I had with the connector and Andy sent me a different spray adapter which they are trialling. The adapter worked really well and the hose stayed on even after I had turned the pressure up high to test it. The spray itself gives a very good, flat arc which makes it very easy to control and cover the intended areas. Several days have now passed since my first application on our lawn and it is now very green! I am very pleased with the outcome and now more than happy to recommend the product, as well as the after sales service that was provided.My original comments (with 1 star)I’m afraid I cannot recommend this product. The integral hose connector, necessary to use the product, is of poor quality and the bottle keeps coming off unless the hose pressure is reduced to the point where it hardly draws any Envii liquid up out of the bottle - basic physics. I watched the video before starting, as recommended - useful but being informed that the viewer should upgrade their hose connector (mine is new, good quality) if the bottle detaches hardly inspires confidence. The reduced water pressure also means that the water comes out more as a weak jet than a spray, so trying to cover all parts of a lawn is not that easy.It’s a pity as I’m sure the liquid feed is a good product in itself, however the bottle adapter supplied simply isn’t up to the job.

Following application, a week later the grass is greener and more lush. There are still brown patches I had before but tufts of green are appearing. The contents of the bottle are for 300 sq m and the bit on Amazon says to apply lightly. Not clear how lightly! I applied it over a bit more than 300 sq m and there's still a bit left in the bottle. The dispensing bottle worked fine, easy to apply and (unlike granular feed) not hoping for rain after. Bit pricey but the refill packet is more reasonably priced. I don't know how long the bottle/dispenser will last, so how many refill packets I'll be able to use instead of getting a new bottle with dispenser. UPDATE I used refill pack for a second treatment of the lawns (two houses) and it's use was straightforward. There's always a bit left in the bottom of the bottle, that the system fails to draw - I put this in a watering can and diluted it with water and used it that way.

So this year i have turned into one of those dads, the one who takes far too much interest in his lawn and seems to be constantly cutting watering and feeding it.I have trialled many different quick green up methods and fertilisers over the last few years but this is hands down probably one of the best for a quick green up of your lawn. applying is easy with the hose connection on the bottle and just give it all a good coating over your lawn and see the magical results in a few days.This is not a long term fertiliser solution, i apply this when i have overseeded and have new seed germinating so cannot really hit it with a stronger granular fertiliser.It is good stuff does exactly what you expect and once you have the bottle you can buy refills which make it more cost effective.

I can’t comment on the product working or not as no product comes out only water, I spent 2 nights watering the grass thinking how well it was lasting and it would last for ages, then after the second water I checked the amount in the bottle, still 100% full, the product does not get pulled up from the bottle and out the nozzle, not sure what the issue is as there are no leak and works just fine as a spray nozzle, will have to use a watering can and dilute and report back!

This product has worked wonders on my lawn and the sprayer is so easy to use!I can't recommend this product enough and will be using this all summer long. Have to add that the sprayer this product comes with is revolutionary and makes treating the lawn so easy and efficient.

I was looking for a spray delivery fertiliser/ lawn treatment (having scorched patches with watering can or powder delivery methods). This looked ideal. Attach to watering hose, and spray lightly over the grass, just what I thought I wanted.The attachment did make a spray, but no mater what I did, it delivered none of the product. It just did not suck the product up out of the bottle. I tried all sorts, but it would not work.As I wanted it specifically for the delivery system, it is rubbish. I am trying the product with a watering can but I cannot recommend this because of the useless delivery system.

I've used it once, grass looks greener waiting to see further improvements.

Honestly a dream to use with the hose end sprayer. I have about 60sqm of lawn and I used just over half. My lawn, thanks to the inclement weather this summer is very well watered but my problem lies with damage caused from dogs urine, leather jackets and poor soil. Now this product won't solve all these but hopefully will encourage better root growth and inturn a better looking lawn. I have used a very similar product from a TV shopping channel that is a bit of a faf to use and dilute. So I will try that with the hose end sprayer as it is much better value. What I have learnt is you may need to use fortnightly to get best results which will make this quite expensive. I will update before I repurchase to see how this works on my clay soil and to inform everyone if it's made any difference. UPDATE. One week in. Can't honestly say if product is better than the shopping channel feed but lawn definitely is looking good. Black soil on lawn is my never ending battle with my two pugs and their urine marks. Lawn never been this good in July but that has been helped by the rain we have had recently. I would say give this a go, as long as you follow the instructions it can't do any harm.
