I love this. I take 2 grams twice daily based on current research. It helps with fat loss and works well in conjunction with a ketogenic diet. It's not magic but dies raise blood fatty acid count, which helps you use your stored fat for energy.

50 years old, moderate to heavy lifter and advanced yoga practitioner. Never really got too sore in my younger years but bodies change. I started lifting again about a year ago and was getting super sore, way more than I ever did before, and I couldn't be happier with how this helps with recovery. Def works because I've stopped a few times to see how I recover without it. I wouldn't be able to lift as heavy as I am without it. (I don't think I've ever give a supp five starts, not even creatine hcl.)

May be fine supplement, but labelling is deceptive. You think you are buying 200 1500mg capsules. Read the fine print: Serving size is 3 capsules to equal 1500mg. Honest labelling would show 500mg. Maybe should have deducted 3 stars for this.
