Really enjoyed this sushi rice, made in my rice cooker.

I don't really notice any difference between this and other rice brands

When a friend of mine told me I needed to try this rice in my new Zojirushi rice cooker because it is so much better than regular grocery store rice I thought they were kidding me, but went ahead and bought this to see if there was any noticeable difference. Well, let me tell you…there is a HUGE difference and i had NO IDEA that could be true. I find myself coming up with various rice dishes when we have friends over so that they can try it too. Every single one of them didn’t believe it until they tried it and now they are converted over to this very tasty and special rice as well. It is sticky, but not starchy (yes, I rinse mine). It has a wonderful aroma and taste. It’s made me go from thinking rice is “meh” to absolutely loving it!
