This light is just what I wanted over my dining table. The smooth curve is clean and elegant, and it creates plenty of light in the room without throwing sharp shadows. The entire fixture at full power draws 60 watts, far less than the 6-bulb chandelier it replaced. And adjusting the height is super easy. The four wires that connect the light bar to the base can be pushed into or pulled out of the base by hand to adjust the hanging angle, very convenient when the light is already mounted to the ceiling. I set mine to hang just 9 inches from the ceiling, completely out of the way. The remote has buttons for warmer and cooler light, and I love being able to dim the lights from the couch.

This product looks as advertised as far as it's dimensions, but the pictures of the product in a room are extremely deceptive, it is a small fixture; I would make sure you know the size from the dimensions before buying - we did and this was not the issue We had with the fixture. Our issue was having no instructions. Sounds silly right? A simple light will have a ground wire, a white (neutral) wire, and a red/blue/black (Hot) wire. There is a ground, but it pulled out of its socket right away (poor construction!) which I could repair, then there were a blue and a reddish brown wire. Not knowing which one was which (hot and neutral), I connected the reddish brown wire to the hot and the blue wire to the neutral and it worked for a few minutes before burning out. I assume that it was either wired incorrectly because I had no idea what was what, or that the transformer they include was a piece of junk and didn't work correctly, with correct wiring. Either way, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!!!

Very beautiful, however, it came from China, and the instructions were minimal, had to hire a true electrician, bc the pictured instructions were not representative of the product, ( the lighting came w a brown wire, instead of a black wire, etc), but, once it was properly installed, it is a piece of art. And I love that it can go from white light, to wam yellow light. Highly recommend

I really, really like the light fixture. It's a shiny gold finish, with a high polished gold base that's sort of a gold-colored version of chrome. The color of the LED light strip itself changes from cool to warm, and from pretty darned dim to quite bright when you use the remote (be sure to have AAA batteries on hand). The light is a little bit colder in color temperature than I usually buy. I like 2700K and this only drops down to 3000K, but it's close enough for me. The light it gives off is kind of odd. Hard to describe, but odd. I'm going to have to just adapt a bit to it, because the shape is so darned pretty that there's no way I'm sending this light back!Installation was ok, but not awesome: the mounting bracket wasn't compatible with the box in our ceiling so we had to jerry-rig it with an old bracket. That meant it didn't hang exactly right when my husband installed it, so we'll be drilling new holes in the ceiling to accommodate the non-standard bracket. Sure, it's a bit of a hassle, but not anything that would cause me to want to return this beautiful light. We had an LED light switch already in the wall, and that is working fine with this light - no hum or flicker. I'm thrilled we bought it. And it's very easy to adjust the length of the strings that hold the light up.

I absolutely LOVE our new light fixture!!!! The lighting has several brightness settings. I was told that I won't have to change the bulb just replace the light itself in about 10 years. So if you are like me that is great maintainamce free! It is light weight which was perfect for our mobile home. I really love the design and it is very affordable!

I have a vaulted ceiling and it takes a little patience to adjust the 4 lines connecting the fixture to lay it level I do not recommend for 12' ceilings as lines only give you 38" to light fixture. Might be great for entrance foyer...tullio

I really liked the light...at first. After a week the light burned out. I couldn't return the light because it was past the 30-day return policy. The installation was delayed due to busy electrician calendars so I already had the light for a few weeks before I was able to use it. Electrician came out again to check his work and he said it is burned out. Extremely disappointed! Now I am out the $$ and do not a light in my dining room.

The product is shown about 10 times larger than it really is.I kept it because I needed to change what I had, but will replace in the future.Installation required modification. Had to drill holes in the bracket.It had no installation instructions.This item comes from China.Not worth the $148.00
