I've had issues with anxiety since my last baby was born. My doctor has given me anxiety medication but some days its not enough and this really has helped take the edge off. I feel normal again for the first time in months.

I avoid synthetic vitamin B12 since it can increase the damage to kidney function.

They were easy to swallow and didnt have a weird smell or taste but the high content of riboflavin caused my urine to be bright highlighter yellow. I did notice a slight mood boost but discontinued after a few weeks after lack of improvement.

I expect high quality from Carlson. Unfortunately, they combined the GABA and theanine in this formulation with cheap quality B vitamins and magnesium. Even this small amount of the magnesium has given me digestive issues so I can't take as much of the GABA/theanine as I would like. I wish they would leave out the other vitamins and just include the GABA/theanine. Or they need to upgrade the quality of those vitamins and include magnesium glycinate, which does not cause digestive troubles.

I needed them to relax after working all the time and they only gave me a awful headache and made me sick I took them as the bottle said but they didn’t work. 😕

easy to use and swallow

I'll be buying these on a monthly basis. I was skeptical at first but it really helps me be less anxious and fall asleep quicker at night. It seems to lower blood pressure some too. Wish I would have found out about these sooner!
