Looks nicer in real life.
I was unsure whether to buy this with the satin silver chassis but when it arrived it looks a lot nicer than the pictures.I didn't receive the car seat adapters but for the price I paid it was a bargain. I was lucky enough to find the hood and apron in onyx from John Lewis, so in total a brand new pram with hood and apron set for £220.

It was okayy
Was disappointed that the carry cot lining was 2 different colours and that there were a few scruffs on chassis when it arrived but amazon were great and delt with it quickly and efficiently! Other than that it's a brilliant pram and I highly recommend it

No car seat adapters. Can’t register warranty.
We received this on Sunday 24th May. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive the Simplicity car seat adapters that were in the product description and can’t seem to register the product for 3 year warranty.Very difficult to contact customer services about this. Customer services seem non existent.
