I replaced my 404 which I used for close to 10 years. This 405 is bigger, quieter and more powerful. Easy to install and arrived in lightning speed

Works great to pump water from my utility sink and washer in my basement. The line is up 10' and over 20' to my main sewer line. It has no issues keeping up with the washer. I would recommend to others.

Great performance
Decided to replaced my 1:4 hp residential pump after it died with this 1:2 hp commercial pump in hopes it will last longer. It’s attached to my basement utility sink, which our washer drains into. Easy to install. So far… It Works great! Competitively priced. Hopefully spending the extra money will pay off in time.

Good product for the price point
Good product for the price point. I bought it for a basement washer/dryer and in order for it to work properly you have to discharge to a sink before going to the pump unless you have a very long discharge pipe. Mine was about 3 feet long and the water from the washer discharged too fast for the pump to prevent it from coming out the top of the pipe.

Drain for kitchen
Installed this pump to drain an entire kitchen. Dishwasher and sink both go to this pump. Do make sure the breaker is on before running water. The electric pump will not work and water will spew out of the top. There are not very good instructions included, YouTube had good videos that guided us in installing the pump.

Does what it advertises - very well made unit from what you can tell with touch/feel, look and operation.
Had for about 1 month. If it keeps working like this, I will love it. Pumps out quick and quietly.
