Nice but for cooking sake the alcohol content is very low. May be because of the import rules but still!!! Doesn't cater to authentic east Asian cooking.Then again, even with low alcoholic content it tenderizes the veggies properly. I usually use it in making stir-fry sauces, tempura and sushi pickles. It doesn't seem to have MSG so that's a plus. Also, a smaller package with 200ml/500ml and 1L could be made available too!?
