I bought this as a replacement from a store branded frother that broke after around 7 months. This has been an improvement in every single way.- Non stick coating for easier cleaning- the device is very tall, which means even when you fill it to the maximum line, it doesn't spray milk all over the lid (allowing cleaning to be easy)- There is a speaker to beep when the milk is readyThe airy foam setting is indeed correct, the froth has come out very light. It also works with Oat milk. I put in a regular carton of Alpro Oat milk and it frothed it no problem, while my previous frother only frothed up barista oat milk (which is usually more expensive and not on offer in supermarkets)Couldn't be any happier to be honest

This is a good little frother if you are making 1 or 2 small cups. The capacity is only small and if you overfill it will leak. Works well though!

I've been drinking coffee for maybe 20 years! Never had more than a kettle and instant coffee at home. A friend showed me an expensive frother (you know the one that almost cost £100). I wasn't prepared to pay for that, then realised that was mainly for the brand name.So it took a few attempts and different milks to get it right for me, yet did it make a difference to instant coffee with a dash of cold milk!Easy to use, easy to clean, and inexpensive when using on a daily basis! Mainly making lattes with a velvety foam on top. Suggest using full fat milk for best results (I even add a teaspoon of heavy whipping cream). I heat milk first and then add it to a preprepared expresso shot, and go back with the cream and milk to make the foam.As I know the difference between shop purchased coffees to my instant coffee at home, this has certainly levelled up my home drinking experience and I think I'll now have to get one for the office too.

Let me start by saying I was impressed with this unit when it arrived, seemed solidly built and I thought it would be a worthy replacement for the Nespresso Citiz & Milk it was replacing. Used, once or twice a week, for approx 3 months and then it stopped heating the milk altogether. Continued to mix/froth however no heat output. Contacted the manufacturer [normally when items i buy from amazon have a fault it's Amazon directly who rectify, not sur why this isn't the case with this item but i would NEVER buy anything in the future that isn't covered by Amazon direct].The "help" option is limited to contacting the supplier directly via email... which I have done several times, all of which have been ignored.I will just buy a reputable known manufacturer product to replace to avoid making the same mistake.Update : July 24Finally received message from supplier and a full refund.

I bought this as I was looking for an alternative to make my daily fix of Lattes, I have the Dulce Gusto pod machine, but in recent times the Pods have shot up in price and they have stopped doing the Skinny Lattes, so wanted something as an alternative.This is such an easy, quite and quick at frothing up milk, I used semi skimmed, and put in the recommended 115ml and within just over a minute, I had really frothy milk, and poured in my coffee, (I made espresso separately), and well the look was the same as I would get in the Pods, and Costa...The froth stayed frothy for over 10 minutes before it was vanishing, but then the latte was drank first!I did try with Oat and Almond milk, but it didnt froth as much, but still made a good latte,and the hot chocolate made the same way as the semi skimmed milk latte was exceptional.I would recommend this, and well worth the money.
