- I like wrist support and have worn these religiously
*** Quality and Durability ***- I bought these in early April 2013 and used them 5 times per week since then (18 months ago).- I like wrist support and have worn these religiously, for every WOD.- I dislike bad smell, so I have washed these every single time I used them (yes, 5 times per week). The way I washed them was to link them together (like two chain-links) and put them in the washer, along with my shorts and shirt from the day's workout. Although I've put them in the dryer a couple of times (always low temp), I typically let them air-dry, it only takes a few hours due to the synthetic materials and is less harsh on the product.- Yes, I've missed a WOD here and there, but I am usually very good with attendance, so it's safe to say that these have seen 350+ workouts and washes.- I am now buying my 2nd pair because I have misplaced the first pair during travel. Maybe I'll find them as I continue unpacking the luggage, but I'm getting another pair just in case the old ones don't show up. As of last week (when I last used them), they were slightly discolored but still very functional. The velcro still held very well, I'd say 70% as strongly as when they were new (enough to tighten them and feel supported). Remember to chain-link them together for washing/storage, so the velcro doesn't stick to other stuff and wear out.*** CrossFit specific ***For those that complained about the plastic buckle, I encountered the same. I resolved the issue by rotating the wraps so that the buckle sits on the outer part of my wrists. No problem whatsoever doing all movements required by the various WODs in over a year, including thrusters, squats, cleans etc.I am very pleased with these wrist wraps and I've recommended to family and friends. Have a great workout, everyone.

Unexpected Performance. Excellent Bargain.
These wraps are an excellent option for those who have injured or weak wrists but want to continue weight training. The Grizzly offers great support and can be adjusted very tightly and securely around each wrist. The straps themselves are extremely durable and strong. Some minor issues to be aware of is that the advertised width and thickness are slightly off. The width of the neoprene material is indeed 3"; the actual fabric strap that secures the wrist is about an inch less. In addition, the neoprene layer is actually 1/8", not 1/4". If your wrists sweat while you lift, the straps may slide a little when you adjust it tightly around your wrist; however, this is not a huge issue as you can simply use your opposite finger to hold it in place. Keep them tight while lifting and relax them when you're resting. In general, these wraps are great for almost any weight exercise (benching, pulldowns, etc.) Although I have not bought glove products with wrist wraps attached to them, I would venture to say that the Grizzly's material durability makes it a better purchase. Keep in mind though that an injured wrist should be well rested before you begin lifting at all. These wraps are by no means a measure with which to neglect your injury. You could injure it even further and no wrap will help you then.

Works!
I've started to have worse and worse wrist pains, especially for curling motions when working out or lifting anything else heavy. These wraps did a great job of holding my wrist together to where I had almost no discomfort while lifting. I could wrap more tightly during sets than would be smart to leave on all the time (cutting circulation a bit) but quickly release between sets, the way the velcro works, the re-tighten for the next set. Better still, my wrists have improved considerably since getting these, so I've been able to work out while giving them a chance to heal! I can tell you from experience I'd have to stop lifting a long time to have any chance of recovery without these, with a lot of progress lost.I also got a set for my daughter who was having wrist problems in tennis. She is able to play well with a problem that otherwise would be force her to sit out. These grips may look a little "manly" in bulk, color, and logo for a high school girl, but she doesn't mind.

GREAT WRIST WRAP THUMBS UP
I ordered these while in Afghanistan for CrossFit/Outlaw workouts for barbell and kettle bell work. I don't know how I managed without wrist supports before that time. I saw a lot of folks come in to the dojo for workouts with Rogue or other similar wraps that always came undone (velcro let loose) in the middle of lifts/workouts. With these, they go on quickly and STAY on. Of all the little knick-knack-doo-dads that one can buy to improve comfort or support for workouts, these rank very high on my list. I'm a little guy (135 lb.) and they make a huge difference in comfort for things like high-rep kettle bell snatches with a 20kg bell. Definitely a must-have for olympic lifts and even a lot of body-weight stuff. A heads up that they are quite thick (the velcro mat is quite substantial), but that seems to just make them more supportive, but you have to take off a watch or anything on your wrist to wear them. These are a definite thumbs up!!Follow-up on 10/10/13: this was one of the best products I have ever purchased for working out!! Use them almost every day for kettle-bell work (get-ups and snatches) and Olympic lifts. Money well spent!!

Sturdy, Comfortable, Good Value
Great wraps, I've never used any other wraps before so I can't compare but I love these. Got them because my left wrist has begun to have chronic problems (getting to huge for my body! :) ) and they have solved the problem. They are comfortable and easily adjustable between sets, and they are very sturdy, will probably improve your form on most free weight exercises and even your bench.Only complaint I have is that they definitely absorb sweat like no other, but I think that comes with the decision to use a more comfortable material. Not sure how they hold up in the wash, might try it at some point and just buy another set if necessary since they are so cheap.
