The size is exactly what I want and the seal at the top is leek proof and the bottle is dishwasher safe.

Would have given 5 stars but the plastic stoppers feel a bit cheap. The glass itself is good and sturdy. Very cute little bottles.

Handy bottles I use for storing home flavoured vinegars and oils.

I was a little disappointed by the quality of the stopper swing clip system. I expected ceramic stoppers with a substantial rubber or silicone rubber washer. What you get with these are plastic stoppers with thin and very soft silicone washers. There is play in the clipping system and the closing action is not as positive as I had expected, so I had to take more care in seating the stopper than I have had to with similar bottles I have which have stoppers made of traditional materials.Having said all that, these bottles are leak proof when the stopper system is engaged and suit my purpose which is to store left over liquid culinary ingredients and for infusing small amounts of cooking and dressing oils with garlic and/or herbs.I don't know that I'd trust these bottles filled with fizzy drinks in a picnic bag or backpack, though.

These bottles will be ideal to hold the sugar syrup I’m going to make for cocktails at Xmas.
