I love the flour, use it to make bread regularly in my machine. I love the small bags, because they store easily in a drawer under some racks. The bags don't reseal so I dump the flour in a plastic storage bin. Have purchased very many of these.

King Arthur is a trusted brand for bakers. I had not tried the whole wheat flour and now that I have I don't know how I lived without it.I did have an issue with the packaging. There was a hole in the top and all of my other items were covered in flour.I don't think it was the brand's fault, as the flour was covered in shrink wrap, more of a shipping issue.Good product!

For some reason this brand is not always available locally, and even when it is, the whole wheat version may not be. Excellent in pizza and bread dough, along with biscuits, muffins, cookies, waffles, pancakes, etc. I usually add some of their bread flour to the pizza, biscuits and bread doughs. This brand just seems to produce flour with a better flavor than others I have used, and it is so convenient to be able to add it to a pantry order.The bag arrived completely encased in shrink wrap so although there was a little leakage (a tablespoon or two) it was contained so no mess in the pantry box. And, for purposes of estimating product life, the Best By date on the bag I received is five months in the future, although this will vary but generally whole wheat flour has a shorter shelf-life.. I keep it sealed in a canister in the refrigerator and it lasts well past the noted date on the bag.

I love that it's King Arthur, as it's my fave brand and the price was unbeatable especially after using my credit card points. The flour came very fresh. I absolutely love this for baking bread. My bread turned out phenomenal . I am very happy with this purchase.

With plain white flour, I haven't really ever felt the need to buy a specific brand. But I have definitely found that brand makes a difference for Whole Wheat, and King Arthur is one of only 2 brands I will ever purchase. I do a lot of baking from scratch, from bread to pancakes, and try to incorporate at least 50% Whole Wheat flour to make things tastier than 100% WW, but healthier than 100% White. (Any more than half WW and my kids don't usually like it.) I have noticed that the King Arthur WW flour delivers better texture and flavor in my recipes than store brand, Gold Medal or any of the other "mainstream" brands. I would highly recommend trying this if you are particular about WW flour like me.

While the product is great it is excessively expensive and the price cannot be justified as wanting to make a profit. There is a popular store with the same exact item for $5.99 so there is no justification for this high price. Amazon might think they’re facilitating free market but they are not. Not when the average price of an item is 300% times that of market value.

for me one of the bags was busted (i saw another 3-star review with a busted bag, but i refuse to lower down the rating because of an accident), but it happened for the first time, so i just requested a refund for that bag. i order this flour over and over again - every few weeks. it is absolutely great, the life without such high quality and delicious flour wouldn't be the same :) seriously, it's one of the best flours available - and the price is pretty amazing too.

We bought this bread for making multigrain bread as buying them from Costco with the two loads and it is not used to many times so consider doing at home. This bread flour it really came very nice for bread and chapati
