Very well designed
Was hesitant to buy an after-market laptop charger as I previously had owned two original Samsung galaxy book pro 360 laptop chargers which both let me down in under 6 months each, This one is very fast in Charging devices (at 65Watts), and seems to reliable and robust with good cable length and a snug fit, top product. Highly recommended!

Failed after six weeks
I purchased this 65W USB-C Chromebook power supply hoping for a reliable and fast charger for my Chromebook. Unfortunately, I'm incredibly disappointed. After only six weeks of light use, the charger has completely stopped working and no longer charges my Chromebook or any other USB C device.Six weeks is simply unacceptable for a product that should be designed to last much longer. I've always been careful with it, never putting any strain on the cable or dropping it. It just suddenly died.Now I'm left scrambling to find a replacement, which is a huge inconvenience. I rely on my Chromebook for work and study, and this faulty charger has seriously disrupted my routine.I wouldn't recommend this power supply to anyone. Save your money and invest in a more reputable brand. The cheap price isn't worth it when the product fails so quickly. I'll be contacting Amazon for a refund. Very disappointed.

Great customer service
This is a great replacement charger for Lenovo T14, unfortunately it failed after 6/7 moths but the customer service responded promptly and sent a new replacement. Great customer service!

Great service and product
We had an old but still useful laptop but no charger, and didn't think we would be able to source a compatible charger anywhere. Found this on Amazon with next day delivery as I do Prime. Very happy as it works as described, reasonable price as well.

Good as a short-term replacement
I purchased this when I needed a charger replacement asap that was within my budget, and opted for USB C seeing as every device is using this now.It charges well but my laptop battery drains very quickly so I'm constantly needing to use it (this could be my laptop battery but I didn't have this issue with the last charger).It's okay for short-term use but I would recommend spending more for one with a better output. Also the USB C head is now bending as it's now reinforced so probably won't last long anyway.
