Imperial LeatherSoap 100g England (Pack of 4)

Could not believe I would be able to get this in the US. It's a wonderful reminder of my father (now passed) who always used this soap. Good quality, does not dry out the skin and a very generic male/female scent. The convenient size makes it easy to throw into a travel bag. Imperial Leather also make a wonderful talc.

Ah, the smell of an old geezer in a derby.Love it.It does have a subtle grandfatherish scent. But it's just unusual enough to make it interesting. Most other soaps smell harsh or overbearing in comparison.As another reviewer stated, shipping can be half the cost in this lot size, so buy one bar to see if you like it. And if you do, then buy (much) larger lots. I've found the best way to save on shipping for consumables from Amazon is to buy large quantities of non-perishables and just use them up throughout the year.

Nothing to rave about...this made my hands look patchie white and dry,...AND i dont feel clean with this soap,...my skin felt itchy!!! i wont rebuy...sorry!!

This old fashioned soap is an excellent choice for the whole family. I stayed one night in the U.K. at my bosses house and he had this. I immediately enquired about it and have been using it ever since.Excellent product..

The soap is quite different from the Imperial Leather I buy locally (at a somewhat higher price) at an international grocery. "Made in Thailand", inferior (though acceptable) red packaging, doesn't have the triple-milled weightiness of the white packaged original, definitely not as durable as the original, scent lacks oomph, leaves a soapy, drying residue. I'll make this a one-time experiment.Better than nothing, I guess.

This is good soap. Lathers well, very attractive scent.
