Perfect gypsy jazz guitar that wont break the bank.
Beautiful instrument. Needed no adjustments out of the box other than tuning. This is a really high quality instrument for the price range.

Cigano - pleasent suprise
I had researched guitars with a tailpiece. Maccafieri-Selmer guitars came up. As a result I choose to test drive this guitar. The guitar arrived in great shape, the packing suitable to withstand all the bumps of mech. handling and bumping around in the back of a truck. The guitar I received is lightweight and seems stoutly built. The strings seem to be silver wound steel. They are light and easy to fret. After two days the strings set in and I didn't need to tune it as much.Pro's: The neck seems short although a 'tab' extends over the sound hole. This is plus because I could quickly move up and down the fretboard. The strings are very easy to fret, so it is very suitable for those beginners that are trying to build up their fingertips. I have an Ovation Balladeer, a big box Gibson, and other acoustic guitars. These guitars are pushy or louder on the 'D' or the 'G' string. This guitar is constant across the range of strings. If it is 'pushy' on a string it is the 'A' string. I like it for the bass end. The sound, this guitar is a loud acoustic. I am amazed it sounds equal or greater as compared to my big box Gibson/Ovation. Sweet! I wish that I had found this guitar first, instead of going through so many others. It has been mentioned that this gui8tar is a Jazz guitar. The shortness of the neck and the light strings may allow for quick playing but, the sustain on the notes is as long or longer than my other acoustics.Cons: The fretboard at the nut is 1.9 inches wide. This may allow for precision when fretting strings, however those ladies and myself with short fingers will find it more difficult to reach around the neck when fretting. It is taking some time to become comfortable with this. It has been reported that the short piece of fretboard that extends over the sound hole is in the way when using a pick. Not a problem for me as I fingerpick exclusively. Some have reported warping of the neck but, they don't mention the duration they have owned one. I don't think this should be a problem as the neck is steel reinforced and a tough long grained wood (looks a lot like oak) is used.Overall, I find this acoustic guitar to be useful for beginners, journeyman/professional. I strongly recommend purchasing this guitar.Follow-up: Within 3 months the 'mustache' ends of the bridge fell off. At 6 months I noticed string buzz on the 'B' and 'E' string. I had to shim 3/32in., one end of the bridge. Also the top split or cheked below the cut-out. In spite of this, it sounds good. I speculate that the neck or body has warped. For the money, maybe this isn't such a well made guitar.

Terrible customer service.
When I received this rather pricey guitar there was a string buzz on the 7th fret and after inspection I found that it was due to the fret being too high. Customer service told me it was due to climate change and it would correct itself (which it didn’t) but they don’t cover climate change repairs in the case that it doesn’t (total bs) so I was forced to spend the money to fix it myself. Customer service is poor. If not for the string buzz it’s a beautiful instrument. Beware though because once it’s in your possession it’s yours regardless of what condition it comes to you in so think twice before ordering.

Broken Piece
For the money I don't think this should have come broken. I am thinking of returning it as you can see the piece is missing. The guitar is very light which is nice while playing but the description made it sound like it was made from expensive wood.

Five Stars
Beautiful! Truly... It has the flair of European craftsmanship with a China price. Kudos!

great looking, sounding, feeling guitar!
Great sound, very loud, I'm going to use it on everything! I would give it 5 stars but part of the bridge was broken off and the box doesn't have the broken piece so i can glue it back on.

Beautiful authentic gypsy tone
Beautiful authentic gypsy tone. Feels great, looks amazing, and is practically a steal compared to some of the higher model gitanes. I highly recommend this guitar for rhythm players.
