Perfect solution
The hole in my ceiling is too small to install an attic drop down, so this is the perfect solution. It’s small enough to store in the house and out of the way, and I have simple attic access whenever I need it. I’m thrilled. You do have to make sure that it’s leaning on one of the cross pieces and that it’s not crooked at all, or it will wobble and bow a little (since aluminum is pretty bendy). Otherwise it is sturdy.

Be mindful of fingers when taking the ladder down. Can give you a heavy pinch.
It's very stable. Stores in a small space and fits easily in your car. If not fully extended, the compressed section should remain at the top, otherwise it's a big stretch between rungs. I found it a good value for the money.

Lightweight and easy to use.
I'll start by saying that being in the HVAC industry, I'm used to using the heavy 28 foot orange extension ladders, but after my shoulder surgery I needed something that I could carry, set up, and use with primarily one arm. This is definitely the ladder I needed to get me up on those 1 story buildings during my recovery. The pros: Lightweight, easy to extend and retract, long enough to safely get on houses and 1 story buildings, good stable footings, and it also gets me up into high places above drop ceilings that I wouldn't be able to reach from a step ladder or a lift.Cons: Has too much flex like a curved bow when fully extended. I weigh only 175 pounds + 20 pounds of tools. The rungs are slightly too far apart. A normal step ladder and extension ladder will have 12 inches between. This one is closer to 14 inches between each rung.In conclusion, I would say that this is perfect for home use.Great for occasional use in a trade.Great value for the price.I would not recommend for someone over 200 pounds. Too much flex.

Very nice, very easy!
Put this to use the same day I got it to get in to an attic. So much easier to maneuver down the hallway and I adjusted it first to remove the ceiling panel and then could extend it through the access hole to make it safer to climb up. Collapses quickly when done and takes up so little space.

Fantastic customer service
I needed a ladder that would enable me to reach light fixtures on a 10 ft ceiling and would be transportable in my car. This ladder fit the bill. It worked perfectly well when I first used it but when I took it out to use about a month later, a small piece broke off one of the rungs. It was a week past the Amazon return period so I reached out to the seller. I explained this situation and sent a photo. They concluded it couldn't be fixed so they sent a replacement that I received the following week. Their communication on the matter was very quick and they sent follow ups to ensure I knew the status of the shipment. As with all these types of ladders, you need to be careful when opening (ensure all locks click into place) and closing (hold up the rung above as you unlock the rung below). I already had a 12 ft extendable ladder (used for cleaning gutters); none of these will be as steady as a "non-collapsible" ladder (at this weight) so you need care in climbing.

This ladder is dangerous.
Would not recommend. My husband nearly lost his finger using this ladder. Very difficult to set up and collapse. The locking mechanism is dangerous/faulty. Returned ladder at OUR expense since seller would not provide a return shipping label and we have still not received a refund despite shipping receipt and proof of delivery with signature. My messages to the seller have gone unanswered for weeks. Poor customer service and poor quality product. Buyer beware.

Great
I bought 2 of these for Christmas. One for my husband and one for my Dad. They both loved how slim it was. How it goes from 20Ft to 4ft and they can put it anywhere when not in use.

Be careful with your fingers when making it compact again
The ladder works great and stays in place. But when putting it down and away, you could easily hurt yourself because the sections just fall, with nothing to slow it down. It is a lot of weight when you release the last rung.
