Very useful product . It’s heavy to iron too many clothes but absolutely safe and no shine or burns at all .. good for expensive clothes and formals .professional launderers use these kind of iron so we also bought it to try and turned out amazing . However it doesn’t look really great to hang a jar of water but try find a remote corner for ironing and hang the water jar little high on a hook and iron seemlessly

Not working properly. The orin blew within 2 year.Warrenty card also not loading.

I am a laundry owner I was buy this product spaically for my dry cleaning cloth and it was worth it. It's help me a lot for effortless ironing for dedicated cloth like Coat suit, blazer,lehega,big gown,kurtas,delicate saari,and fancy dresses only one thing I don't much impress is water pipe and steam press connected clamp it's not fit proper clamp is a loose for joint both pipe togheger I think silver star improve there clamp quality in future I hope so. So I joint both pipe to transparent taping and now it's good no problem it was a little thing and iron quality and taflon shoe quality it's great and impressive.water tank quality it's also good the iron realease steam is good thank you SILVER STAR and thank you AMAZON give us a such a good product👍

Good but costly as compare in market, same pruduct on low price in market

I got the item packed in a broken box with a lot of tape to repair the box!The manual is missing and it is really difficult to understand the connections with 3 pieces of tubes, 2 connectors, 1 big spring and 1 small spring with some little plastic clamps. The product MAY be good but the seller seems to be very amateurish. GROW UP

The icon box was use full but it's sim.to high is not working..always same hot mode..I want to repair this one
