India Tree Candied Rose Petals, 6.5 oz

This is an item you aren't likely to find at the local supermarket, so being able to order it over the computer is a huge time-saver. The package holds a large quantity of rose petals, and is tightly sealed to be unaffected by humidity. The rose petals are a lovely pink color and, though many of the pieces are small, there is enough variation to allow a cake decorator to create blossoms of the size he/she chooses. A wonderful bonus is that the rose petals are as delicious as they are beautiful.

Bought this to mix with tea! They do well and add a nice flavor with a subtle sweetness. Outside of tea they are good to eat and decorate cakes with. Would have given 5 stars but these were much harder than others I have had. Very good though!!

These have the flavor and aroma of roses.They are great for decorating cake or pastry. They are also delicious on strawberry ice cream.

I've used these for years for decor on a special rose cake we use for birthdays. We all like them a lot, but lately, the petals in the bags seems less complete and smaller than they used to be. I wish I could get the old ones that were larger and undamaged.
