LROS9001QMC Leadoff Surface Cleaner

A very good cleaner for surfaces around the range I shoot at. Handling bullets coated with lead, guns that get coated with lead and other pollutants, and so on, does not remove all the danger of lead (and other metallic harms) even if you wash your hands carefully. It gets on your clothes, surfaces of the carels/lanes, bags, door handles, tables, and any surface despite positive air outflow. Even tiny doses of these pollutants can cause accumulative harm if not cancelled. Though nothing can totally remove them, this product appears to mitigate a huge amount of them. We wipe things down during regular cleaning, and minimize the availability of these pollutants. Not necessarily cheap, but neither particularly expensive when looking at potential lawsuits for contamination, and lowering the potential for human costs. Nothing will totally remove all pollution, but this is a reasonable effort to limit it. Then include used paper towels, rags, etc., in hazardous waste containers for annual lead mitigation (spent bullet removals, etc.) for proper disposal.

So happy that I found this product for decontaminating tools and the workbench after reloading cartridges. The fact that it is licensed by the CDC gives it credibility for it's efficacy, as heavy metals are serious toxins. Even more useful than the spray, however, are the really excellent Hygenall wipes, which you can easily use during any break while shooting or at the bench. They are well sized, seriously wet and smell great. I wish I had known about these 2 items years ago. I am on my second order now.

Hygenall LeadOff products are great solution that until recently a lot of sportsman shooters and ammunition reloading hobbyist didn't understand that just soap and water would not remove lead contamination. I highly recommend this surface cleaner be used wherever you are casting lead bullets, reloading ammunition and bench shooting. Not cleaning those surfaces can build up dangerous levels of contamination. I also suggest you add LeadOff wipes and/or a small bottle of LeadOff foaming hand soap to your range/hunting bags. I had a opportunity to correspond with the company service rep and was very impressed with his rapid response to my questions. I rate Hygenall 5 Stars and will be recommending their products to all my associates.

A necessity for cleaning up and de-leading after shooting, cleaning your guns and keeping your household safe

Ordered two bottles of the spray, both leaked. One had minor seepage the other bottle leaked about 1/4 of the product.

This is a large bottle, and the spray device works well. Do not use this on your hands, it hurts. It appears to be effective on my steering wheel, etc.

The product label does not not list any ingredients. There are labeling regulations that cover this issue. Also the product did not work as described. Used on a ceiling surface which had tested positive for lead presence. Would not purchase this product again.
