Thai Whole Dried Chile Peppers Very Hot 50g.

Wow. These are the best died peppers I have ever gotten. These things are potent! When unwrapped you will feel the heat! So,.. really. These are perfectly dried. Whole and in great shape. Strong,.. vibrant red and they will give you a kick. Do NOT open the bag with the peppers in it - near your face. Truly - these are HOT. Really. Handle these with care. They are leaps and bounds fresher than other dried peppers. They do swim and boat 🚣‍♂️ from Thailand - so they are not a 2 day shipping. The price is ridiculously good. Buy 4 bags or more if you cook with spices. I use mine for cooking and - hot peppers ground really fine are an excellent mammal deterrent and so I add to bird seed mixture to squirrels and mice away. 💥❤️❤️❤️💥

I use these when making chili, for one, adding just 2 peppers, cut up, per 6 quarts of chili, simmered in a crock pot for several hours. They give it just a tiny bit of kick, but the real benefit is the delicious flavor they add to any chili recipe. If you add much more it'll get way spicier, but just a couple and wow, the flavor is great.I also use these to make spicy pickles, since store bought ones mostly suck. I begin with the brine from medium jalapeños, add a tablespoon of garlic, a teaspoon of whole black peppercorns, and 4 or 5 of these chili's, cut up and the seeds dropped into the brine. Might add a dried Mexican pepper or two as well, depending on how adventurous I feel. Once ready, I slice cucumbers into the mix until the jar is relatively densely packed, seal it, shake it to get a good distribution, then shove it in the back of the fridge for 2-3 weeks. The resulting pickles are spicy and delicious, with none of the obnoxious sweet crap so many others bundle with it. If you like spicy pickles, this is a great way to make them yourself.

The bag is half the size (see attached image with pen for scale) of what I was expecting - you know, based on the product image provided on Amazon. Still I am happy with my purchase and the chilies are very hot and spicy... so I ordered a bunch more packets.

Made some spicy dill pickles with these peppers. Turned out very good. If you're looking for a pepper to add some heat these will do it. I would buy these peppers again.

Not since Thailand, and their teeny-tiny popcorn-sized chili peppers have I been surprised by something this hot. As they say in Minnesota... a Dab'll Do Ya. One of these cut lengthwise in a boiling pot of ramen, and 2 minutes later... stick a fork in it, you're done. They need to put a warning label on the bag...

They should make it look like the way it looks not exaggerate their products.
