Loving the benefits of nettles recently and came across this while researching products to use.It smells divine, lathers well, and actually leaves my skin soft. It's not greasy although there is a greasy feel to the soap when you first handle it.I've been using it daily and can report an improvement in my skin texture and that it feels soft and subtle, yet cleansed.Recommend this product

The media could not be loaded. I bought this natural Stinging Nettle Soap to wash my hair and face. It foams very well, and a little goes a long way! The soap rinses out with no fuss and my hair and scalp are left clean with a mild fresh smell.The soap is great for tightening the pores on my face, so I use it about twice a week. Though my skin feels tight and a little dry, this is to be expected, so I moisturise with oil. It should be noted that it makes the skin feel as smooth as silk!This nettle soap is an ideal alternative to chemical shampoo. It may seem a little pricey, but the benefits outweigh the cost. I highly recommend it.

I bought 3 of these soaps, snail, bittim and goats milk. My son has been using the bittim on his hair mainly for dandruff reasons. So far, so good. Seems to have calmed the dandruff within a couple of uses. I've used the other 2. Both have a natural scent, with which I am very satisfied. However both are drying on my face. This was said in another review and I have to agree. So I will definitely continue to use both soaps on my body but continue to look for something natural, yet moisturising for my face.

This bar of sulphur soap is the real deal. Do not be put off by the fact that other competitors have LARGER and cheaper bars 200g BUT I will take 140g any day! These are the reasons why:1. No TOXIC ingredients in Dr Ancient soap bars!!!!!! (I can stop there but I won't).2. Dr Ancient soap bar is created to be a slow release bar I.e. it does not dissolve quickly when wet (It makes up for size with efficiency!!) - it will actually last longer than the 200g toxic bars!!!!!!! Yuck!3. Dr Ancient soap bars are made with love and kindness in mind.4. Dr Ancient soap bars are sensibly sized (the bar fits into smaller hands without compromising quantity).5. We've asked for a quality bar of sulphur soap - Dr Ancient sulphur soap bar gives us that and more!! Look at the colour, smell and quality of the bar and you will look no further - they've got the mix RIGHT!We wanted a sulphur soap bar that will heal us - not harm us and Dr Ancient does just that.Dr Ancient heals.PS. Large bar so will last a long time. I use it in place of a face wash. Does not dry skin out and no irritation. Foams quite well and I love that it’s natural ingredients. I recommend.

The product appears to be crafted with care and as a soap fulfills it's purpose admirably. I was attracted to this soap as several reviews mentioned that it had a particularly pungent scent and I like to smell clean and fresh throughout the day. It may well be that this is the authentic sandlewood scent but certainly not what I was expecting; it lacks the aromatic woodiness of my previous encounters with sandlewood and is closer in my opinion to coal/pine tar, not unpleasant at all but not what I was expecting. Longevity wise the subtle scent lingers for about 30 minutes after showering which for me was disappointing. I personally don't have any reactions to ingredients but certainly prefer to use natural products whenever possible and this ticks all the boxes in that respect. Overall I like the product but disappointed in the scent and it's longevity. As it stands I would be unlikely to purchase again but that may change over time, expensive but respect to the manufacturer for their endeavours.

Wanted to give this a good go before writing a review. I have combination skin and dark spots and this has worked wonders for skin texture, brightness and fading dark spots. I only use once per day and have noticed a significant difference.
