After searching around local places for a 170 coupling alternator for my truck and nearly accepting the fact that I had to put forth the money for one, big brother popped up on Google and showed me this one! I'm very happy that it showed up because it's identical to the napa ones that are remanned, but this is brand new and much better on the cost side of things.I installed this in about 1.5 hours with minimal tools, it was very simple to do in my 14' silverado 1500. It was also 20 amps bigger than the stock one that died.I've been extremely happy with this, between pulling campers, 4 wheelers, trailers etc. I've never had a loss of power. This has been installed in my truck for about 4 months now and I have no complaints - it has held up awesome.

Fits and worked perfectly on my 2016 Silverado 1500 LT. Plus, a lot cheaper than my local auto stores.

I was able to get what I needed at a good price and in a short time. The best part is it works great.

My hope is that the seller sees this review and replaces the alternator. This is to expensive of an item to just die within 45 days and not be replaced. Alternators should last years, not die soon after the 30 days return policy! I would suggest not purchasing anything from this seller! keep your money and get your item from a more trustworthy place! If the seller responds and makes this right I will remove this review. But if you see this review, just know that I spent a lot of money and the alternator did not work, and they did not make it right and they will do the same to you!
