Great tasting and a staple in our home.
This is a staple in our gluten free home. It is so easy to make and a perfect side to so many meals. We always cook our pasta in broth to add extra flavor, but this pasta tastes great cooked as directed. When cooked, it sort of resembles rice but the flavor is better. I would 100% recommend this pasta.

FINALLY!
I was so happy when I saw that I could FINALLY have Orzo! I've been Gluten Free for about 4 years now and I'm so happy that I'm able to find some products like this one that make it feel like im eating "normal" again. Packages seem small but honestly you get alot packed into those bags and a little goes a long way. Pricing isn't horrible ,especially if you're GF you already know everything is priced twice as high. Taste and texture are great and I followed the exact instructions on the packaging. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family who are Celiac as well and will buy again!

Good purchase
Per the packaging this is made in a gluten free facility even though they do make gluten containing products. I have not had a bad reaction to it. It is easy to cook and I've used it to replace rice and noodles in dishes. It does take a little longer to absorb the liquid it's cooked in.

Don't miss the gluten
It was easy to make and just as delicious as the regular one. I didn't notice anything different with the texture with it being gluten free. It does dry out a bit if you have to refrigerate leftovers, but is fine once you heat it back up.

Can’t even tell it’s GF!
Definitely a pantry staple for us! I mainly use it in a soup recipe and texture is perfect and doesn’t get mushy. Texture even holds up for leftovers!
