Great Mechanical Pencil
Great item and excellent service. The first one I've received was broken at the top. After reporting the problem, they've sent a replacement and told me I don't need to return the first item. Now I have a great Mechanical Pencil and some spare parts for the future. Worth the price.

Different Logo/Not as pictured!
I bought green one in 2019. So far so good! Only discoloration on the tip. I bought red one this week 2024, however the logo does not look same with the one in 2019. You can see in the picture. It was gold printed before, now it does not look real to me. It came with a different brand box. I can't say anything with the usage yet!

Poor customer service
Very nice pens but when I had to as a question about this product the customer service was a nightmare. No one takes responsibility and I kept getting pushed to someone else. Not my Job, Not my Job, Not my Job. Absolutely horrible experience.
