I wasn’t sure about these but thought worth a try. I’m absolutely delighted with these one a day and after three days I wasn’t struggling to pee. I gave an enlarged prostate and peeing was difficult. Not not relief at last.

If you are over 40 and have a prostate then these are good. I didn't know I had problems until I took these and then it was, I remember how things should be now. I got them because they give a slight testosterone boost but the other benefits are very good. Recommended.

Have purchased this as it's supposed to help prostate problems. Havnt had it long enough to test yet. But feel this may help.

Had blood test 6 months ago, my prostate psa was 6.3I started stinging nettles and turmeric and krill capsules,And now psa level has come down to 4.3They all played a part

Gave me stomach pains unfortunately so had to stop taking after a few days.

Waste of money

I have been taking this supplement for a week now and have seen an immediate improvement. Let's hope it keeps working!
