Discovered Island Bakery via a friend in Scotland. Glad to find it on Amazon. Managed to find a Waitrose that sells it in London (but not all Waitrose) and the price was same as my Amazon purchase so no regrets there. If you've never tried their product I can definitely recommend them. Their savoury kinds are good too.

Absolutely Delicious
I first saw these on a show about discovering Scotland, the host went to the bakery and helped make a batch of cookies. They looked and sounded so amazing I just had to order some for myself. When they arrived they were even better than I imaged. You can definitely taste the lemon in them, they are hands down my new favorite cookies and I have to stop myself from eating a whole box in one sitting.
