My dog loves this food, she gets so excited to eat.Only thing I have to complain about is that when I bought it, it didn't appear in my bought items and it never updates when the vet approved the order either. Please work on this.Right now my order Is pending and my dog is out of this dog food sadly.Thank you

This food was amazing only thing that stopped our dog from keep getting yeast infections in her ears and paws that would make her bit at her paws all the time very effective at ending all that. It the perfect size for our small dog. I find the cost to be good as it’s about the same as what I was paying for other brands that were causing her issues.

I have been feeding my elderly dog this prescription food for several years now and he is doing well on it. However, it's been very difficult to get over the last several months. Even my veterinarian's office can't get it. A call to Hill's was very unsatisfactory. They told me I could buy the food in eight pound bags but, of course, the eight pound bags are quite a bit more expensive per pound than the price per pound for a 25 pound bag. And, if they can make food to put in an eight pound bag, why can't they just put some of that in the 25 pound bags????It doesn't make any sense. Thankfully, I have twice been able to find this food on Amazon which has been a lifesaver. I would be very reluctant to change my dog's food because of his age and the fact that he's doing good on this food. The food itself is quality food and solved some digestive issues my dog had been having.

I purchased the Hills Science Diet z/d dog food. It took several days for them to contact my vet to approve it since it has to be prescribed by your vet. Once approved, it came very quickly. I usually buy it from my vet, but it has been on back order for months and I had to have it as my dog was almost out of food. It's a bit expensive and I would rather not have to pay such a high price for an 8 lb bag of dog food, but since my vet prescribed it for my dog to be on to help with her skin condition, I don't seem to have much choice but to buy it. Thanks Amazon for selling this item that is hard to find.

My beagle has had consistent struggles with his digestive system for as long as I can remember. He had trialed so many foods, but they either made him has diarrhea or itch so bad he would have scabs all over his face. Our vet prescribed this food for him and his stools are still soft, but not diarrhea by any means. He is excited to eat this food, so it must taste good, and the scratching has ceased. My only con for this food is the price, but the benefits for my buddy are worth it.

Thought just keeping her on this with another wet food turkey and sweet potato which I had Westie on. Didn’t work
