Calci-magnificent!
This is my go-to!! The 1200 slow release is the best option out there. If you have a hard time swallowing pills, these tablets might not be the best choice. But with big gulp of water, I have no problem. I know this may be hard to believe (bc I was even surprised) but my bone density test improved. WOW! I have subscribed to this product bc I never want to be without it!

BIG Calcium Pills with Vitamin D!!!
My doctor recommended I get these!!! This is the BEST deal quantity and Milligram wise (I know because I spent a couple hours comparing all the options)!!!! It is a Really BIG chalk like pill that I occasionally have trouble swallowing but I usually get it down in the first try so there is no taste!! You can smash it between two spoons and it easily and it doesn't make a mess if you hold onto the spoons correctly, but then it tastes like yukky dry chalk going down your gullet!!! So I usually give it a couple tries to swallow and not have to smash it!! I was told after getting a Bone Density Scan that I have the early stages of Osteopenia and my doctor specifically mentioned this brand and said to definitely get Calcium with Vitamin D....so price wise this is the best deal...half a year supply at One per day!! Thank you!!!

Hard to swallow
I have no problem swallowing pills and I take three meds that are large. For some reason it is extremely difficult for me to swallow these. I appreciate that they combine vitamin D and calcium but I have to find another source.

Bone Up On Calcium!
As an RN, I know that calcium citrate is the form of calcium that doctors want for us to take to protect our bones, our heart and other organs. It’s what they all recommend because it is simply the best product. It does what it claims, so bone up and take your calcium!

Seems to help
Take these because my doctor has me on Prolia injections to build up my bones. They seem to be doing the job as my calcium levels are higher. Only down side is they can tend to give me an upset stomach within a half an hour of thanking them. It’s a must to take them in the morning with food and drink plenty of water which can help with the stomach issues.

Easy to take and does it's job.
Title is misleading. A dose of 1200 mg is 2 pills, not one! Dx with osteopenia 12 years ago and been on this plus additional forms of calcium since. My Dr says "take as much as you can tolerate". From my research the body can only use about 400 mg at a time and that lasts 4 hours. So the trick for me was then to take 400 mg every 4 hours. Got to point where I was taking too much. Now I take somewhat over 3000 mg a day combined supplement and food. This time released I take at night. So while I'm sleeping this is giving me 1200. How long it takes to dissolve no one knows. But it makes me feel better that I'm not spending hours with no calcium supplements. Some days I take 2 doses of this at least 8 hours apart. If these pills are too big there is a petite size of the same formula.
