Very good quality. Pill is hard to swallow at times. It seems to cover every known vitamin to mankind. I gave it four stars because of how hard the vitamin is to swallow.

A healthy vitamin that has the perfect vitamins in it. I needed folic acid 400mg and this has it in it. Swallowed with ease. Size is small. Smell is good for a vitamin.

Usually buy these from the supermarket on special. Happy to find them on Amazon at an even better price, and the 200-tablet bottle worked out even better.
