Authentic
Having lived in Spain for 20 years I am so pleased to be able to buy these on line. Still do family paellas most weekends.I have given away satchets and the recipients say they make all the difference to the taste and colour of the rice. Of course I use saffron as well but these are a wonderful base for that authentic taste.

Does make paella taste better!
I usually use prawn heads and shells to make the stock, and use the standard supermarket bough Paella flavoring but this has something special about it, it almost mimics a bit of that taste you get when you order it from Spain... However, if you're making a portion of 4-6 people I think you should really use 2 packets at least. Good luck!
