(Navy), Best Cup Holder for Drinks, Fishing Rod/Pole, Boat, Beach Chair, Golf Cart, Wheelchair, Walker, Drum Sticks, Microphone Stand

This is such a great device that holds so much more than cups. Here's pictures of my use on the golf course to keep my golf clubs, beverage and cigar with me at all times when away from the cart. It's great to not have to lay your clubs or cigar on the ground where they contact "wetness" combined with the man made or natural fertilizers (read Goose excrement) or get left behind. These are VERY sturdy devices with a strong spring clamping force. I've never had one slip or fall off of whatever I clamped it to. I like the variety of colors and have used mine everywhere I go as an instant and convenient cupholder for beverages and "cupholder" designed ashtrays (not pictured in this review). I bought 4 more immediately after receiving my first one. Phenomenal at the beach on umbrellas, beach chairs and popup tent legs. RoboCups, you obviously can buy at Amazon. Pros:1. Design: Ingenious. Cup holders are designed for so many uses. Side cutouts allow for cups with handles - or your fishing gear. The bottom screws off allowing you to slide things through it - like a beach umbrella. Very versatile.2. Quality: Very sturdy and very well made3. Clamp strength: Very tight and sturdy (see cons)Cons:1. Clamp strength: Very tight - you may have a difficult time opening and closing this clamp. My elderly parents and my teenage niece aren't able to squeeze open the clamp.2. Clamp length: Rather far apart - which is good for clamp strength and sturdiness - but bad for certain applications. We purchased this to use on my dad's wheelchair. It just barely fit the back bar but couldn't fit any of the upright bars on the side - making it great for anyone pushing him around, but unusable for my dad.3. Clamp direction: This can only be used for attaching to a vertical surface. There is no swivel mechanism to shift the alignment of the cup holders.SUMMARY: I still highly recommend purchasing this product despite the cons listed above. It can be a great design depending on how you plan to use it. Just be sure you're strong enough to release the clamp.RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE NEXT DESIGN:1. Finding a way to add a swivel mechanism to allow for clamping onto horizontal or angled pipes.2. Designing a locking mechanism to allow for easier clamping without loss of clamp strength once attached.

This is the transformer of cup holders. I drive a 1986 BMW - slow - so I can show off my anti-Tesla status. The one thing the car is missing? A cup holder. Problem solved. Durable and functional, it attaches to anything and holds anything. When I have long days at a wrestling tournament or track meet to watch my kids, ROBOCUP comes with me. And that's when it really shines. It carries the phone, the drinks and the snacks for my younger kids to feed from...Take it apart and inspect it, you'll find durable pieces from top to bottom, not the cheap plastic crap you find polluting our waters. Clips on to beach umbrella or my fishing card (rod holder).

I have had this product for a while and it's been attached to one of the rails on my boat since I received it in the mail. It has stayed exposed to the weather and sun everyday. It hasn't faded or dry rotted. The clamp holds well and doesn't slide. I have had large rod and reels placed in it along with various drinks and cups.Only thing I wish it had was the ability to clamp to horizontal railing on my boat. It would be a perfect movable rod holder.

This is a great way (and sometimes the only way) to add a couple of drink holders to your boat. My boat is rated for 8 people, but only had 2 cup holders. This has a very strong spring and rubber grips where it makes contact allowing it to stay in place. As an added bonus I can unscrew the bottom and use this as a fishing rod holder. I'll be buying more of these in the future for myself and for gifts.

This item is OK but it didn't work that well with the walker that I have because the arms were a bit slanted, which made it difficult for drinks to stay in the holders. This isn't a problem if you use water bottles but any cup with lid is in peril of spilling over. I probably wouldn't buy it again.
