Bought these springs to replace the springs on Twistlock hooks. I use Z-man Elastech lures which are difficult to get on the shorter springs on Twistlock hooks. These spring are longer and make it easier to get the Elastech lures on.However, they are a bit larger in diameter. I'd like them a lot better if the diameter was smaller, with the same length. You have to be exact putting the spring in the middle of the lure. Worked as expected. I wish I could find them in the same length with a smaller diameter.

Bought the 42 mm size to use on my hooks for big swimbaits, 10/0 beast hook pictured.. works great, holds way better vs stock screw lock. Seems good quality came in a small plastic box perfect to store them while in the boat. Very happy with purchase

Easy to add to any hook or jig, and they solidly hold any soft plastic where it needs to be. Excellent for weedless rigging.

At the top by the loop I prefer the wire when it spirals to touch the center pin so they don’t fall off very easily when there is no bait on them. I’m sure they’ll be fine when a bait is on them but I sell lures and they come off in the packaging. Doesn’t look like quality when your center springs dont stay on the rig.

They work, just figuring out which hook works best for their size.

They will work, they are not as large as they appear. Great for soft baits, not much use for cats though.
