Great value. Secure
This works better than the heavier rubber and neoprene Picc line protector. Easier to use to. Have not gotten any water in it. Have used this 7 or 8 times with no failure. Only drawback is they are a one time use.

Works great, just don't do the twist.
For every day but one these did a great job at keeping water away from my PICC dressing. Always check the top rubber band and avoid excessive water. My band was twisted under itself and it let some water in and required a Dressing change. If you have a short term PICC Line and want something quick and cheap these do the tick.

simple and effective
needs to be able to stretch carefully over a picc line and then also remain tight. so it works much better then a sleeve for a cast which can be pulled forcefully over the cast. not so with a picc line. these stretch much easier but then still seal well with just basically a rubber band at the end of the sleeve. simple and perfectly effective.

Good product in theory
I had a picc line for 6 weeks to do at home infusions.I got this sleeve to enable me to take showers since I needed to line to stay dry.I found that the sleeve doesn't keep water out 100%.Every time I showered there was leakage, enough to form a small puddle inside the sleeve.I also used a wound shield over the line which helped but it didn't seal well either. My wife got some water proof bandage tape and seald the upper part of the seal near my shoulder which did the trick pretty well. The good part is that these sleeves are disposable and inexpensive. They are also less bulky than the kind with the foam seals (which are not disposable) and less expensive as well.I would recommend that using this sleeve alone doesn't do the job but using a water proof tape on the upper part of it works great so get some of that, too.

Not waterproof
Advertised as waterproof--seemed flimsy so my husband doubled up to be safe. His arm still got wet. It was in the shower, so was not submerged and he avoided putting it under the shower itself. Still got wet. Major waste of money and false advertising. Tried to return the rest of the box and product was unreturnable. When I checked out, it had shown available for return--additional false advertising.

Simple and effective
The shower cover works as advertised and is easy to use. For extra protection I wrap the PICC line in an ace bandage and put the shower cover over it. The ace bandage hasn't gotten wet yet. I try to keep my arm elevated so that the water doesn't hit it directly.

Perfect protection when you have a PICC line
I had a medical procedure that ended with an infection. I have a PICC line put in my arm for antibiotics delivery. Needed to protect the catheter from getting wet. This product did the Trick...
