This is a good vitamin and minerals product, but you will have a hard time taking 2 packs of these if you are taking other medications daily. Your body will just pass half of the capsules contents thru your urine.

I ran out of my Forward Gold Daily capsules, but will reorder.I was feeling very well while taking these nutrients, but without them, I am somewhat lethargic.I had been taking Centrum prior to my Forward Gold which helped me with strength, but not nearly so much as my Forward Gold capsules.

we do not like the Forward Plus Gold we want to order the original Forward Pluswe are on a 4 month auto reorder and want to cancel the Forward Plus Gold

Seems to be a good product, however, I got heart burn everytime I took the package.Had to take one package of five in the morning and one package in the evening.It just did not agree with my stomach, but I did feel good while taking it.
