item did not last
I bought this item two years ago and my wife loved them, but after about a year the paint started to chip and now it looks like crap. I now have to buy more and i am not happy with this item at all.

nice product for price
Handyman, thought the water flow was too powerful and no adjustment possible, but I think it's ok.

It's BIG but okay
I had a few problems like other reviews annotated. I had to order 24" supply lines bc the ones that come were slightly too short. And I mean, by 1 1/2 inches max too short. It's because the connection point is INSIDE the base of the faucet. A 2" difference from the MOEN faucet I replaced. I was surprised when I opened the box by the size of the faucet. Yes, it's LARGE. I like it though, especially being a waterfall faucet and not aerated. Also note that the installation instructions are only diagrams. No word instructions. I had no problem mounting to my sink deck other than it's HEAVY and it was tricky keeping it in place while I dogged down the bracket screw. Did I mention this thing is big and heavy??Ok, so the pop up drain piece. The diagram, is again, wordless. It fits but it leaks because the gasket set up is really poorly designed, honestly. The plastic o-ring and gasket underneath just don't seal properly. The metal of the drain unit is really 3rd rate. I'm going to get another one, like an other reviewer mentioned.I've installed faucets and drains before, but hey, for $52, it's fine. I like it for the most part. I hope this helps.

These are perfect!
The first ones were lost. Got a replacement and were delivered in 2 days. Waited about 2 weeks until the option to replace were given. But worth the wait. The plate is flimsy if you wrench it down tight. And scratches very easy trying to get the fuacet straightened while tightening so be careful. But they look awesome and work very well. The pop ups didn't leak for me. I just applied some clear silicone where it meets the sink. Then a little more under the sink at all the fittings. Didnt have an issue at all. Been in for 4 days now and we use then often. I left the white soft washer on along w the plastic one inside the sink. U can see it but our sinks are white marble epoxy so its not too noticeable. I'd leave them off it i did it again. But the silicone is dry and I don't feel like redoing it right now. It is a strong water flow and will splash if you let it rip wide open. Itll take your tooth paste right off of your brush. Lol but they look and perform amazingly. If we had more sinks that weren't already remodeled I'd def buy these again.

Horrible Product
Started out purchasing 2 faucets (April 2023) for a master bath renovation. The first picture shows one of them with a stain at the end of spout and what looks like peeling film along the top left side. The second picture is the other one starting to form water spots. I had just cleaned both before taking these pictures. It's taken about three months for these faucets to show it's bad quality. Like other reviews on here, faucets look great out of the box but over time, past the retailers refund policy of 30 days, they look like crap.I purchased a third faucet (July 2023) for downstairs half bath renovation, obviously before the other two started showing issues, and noticed the hot/cold placement is different from the other two I had purchased just months before. The third picture shows hot/cold under the handle, and the last picture shows hot/cold on top of handle. I'm hoping the manufacturer has stepped up its game, and this faucet won't have the same issue as the others. It seems to have a better water flow and overall look. It does not look as cheap as the other two. We'll see....I'm hoping to contact the seller and see if they will work with me in getting replacements for the bad faucets, but I'm not going to hold my breath since it's past the 30 day return.

shocked
We replaced all 7 of our faucets due to the rise that if the water is accidentally left on it hits the counter and could create a major flooding problem...with young and older kids, guest visiting we just decided to replace with something that will be safer. We just had our plumber instal all 7. Some were a hair off center which was a bummer but not a deal breaker...quality control needs to do a better job. But as our plumber said...they are not Moens(which was what we replaced) but the internal mechanics are so nominal that longevity should not be a problem. Now if they were Moen they would have cost 4-500 a piece. We are very please....They are not noisy as other reviews have stated...after the purge of water from the shut off they all sound normal when on. I will update immediately if anything goes wrong with any of them...if you do not see an update then they are working great. I'm on Amazon daily so I will defintaley update if a problem occurs! I highly recommend...what you get for the price is astonishing!Update over a year later. Still working great! They clean up well still… no rust or discoloration… very happy with this purchase

Water splashing everywhere
They should mention they are not suitable for flat bottom sinks. Water splashes everywhere when hitting bottom of the sink. You will have water on top of the vanity and on the surrounding walls. Unfortunately tossed the packages away and can't return.I have the older version from 2019 of this same faucet and it does not have splashing problem. They still sell the old version but it's more expensive 🤷♂️
