My Cholesterol was at 235. My doctor said I would have to go on Statins if it went any higher. She suggested I try RYR. After only 6 weeks, my cholesterol dropped to 170. This supplement is amazing!

The top cap broke a piece off.After 1 1/2 months there is significant enough improvement to continue purchasing.Good alternative and worth considering.

My doctor tried to put me on high cholesterol meds. I said ‘No’. She then recommended RYR. Specifically this brand. It’s working. When I first started taking it, the one I selected did not contain COQ10. After doing my own research, I found that COQ10 is good for the liver when taking RYR. MY doctor agreed. My numbers are going down great. I expect that with this RYR, and my lifestyle changes(food and exercise), soon, I won’t even need these supplements. That’s the plan. 😀

Helped to reduce my cholesterol in 4 months from 228 to 144. Take this suppliment with fish oil same brand and little changes in my diet..Great product... recommend

Not sure this works or if my diet change helped, but good quality ingredients

I am currently on my second bottle of RYR Synergy. Between a healthy diet and this product , my cholesterol has dropped 100 points! RYR Synergy is effective and I have not experienced side effects from it at all. I’m a firm believer in this product.
